The Friday Night Development League is a structured competition that bridges the gap between training and competitive play. Designed for developing players, this program gives athletes the chance to apply what they’ve learned in Skills training or team training in a real-game setting.
Each week, players are divided into teams and compete in full-court games under the guidance of our coaching staff. Coaches provide feedback, teaching moments, and mentoring throughout the games to help players improve decision-making, teamwork, and game IQ.
The Friday Night Development League offers players the perfect mix of competition and development where learning continues through gameplay and every athlete has the opportunity to grow while having fun.
