What is Joflow Basketball Academy?
Joflow Basketball Academy is a player development program focused on improving basketball fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence — both on and off the court.
What age groups do you train?
We welcome boys and girls from ages 6 to 18, with players grouped according to age and skill level.
Where are your training locations?
Our sessions are currently held at Kings Park and Rouse Hill. Locations may vary depending on the term schedule.

What programs do you offer?
We offer Skills Lab, Friday Night Games, Term Programs, and Holiday Clinics.
What’s the difference between the Skills Lab and Friday Night Games?
The Skills Lab focuses on individual player development — shooting, ball handling, footwork, and fundamentals.
The Friday Night Games focus on applying those skills in real, structured game situations.
How do I know which session my child should join?
Our coaches will guide you based on your child’s age and experience level. Details are also available on the registration form.
How can I confirm my registration?
Once you’ve completed your registration and payment, you’ll receive an email from Joflow confirming your child’s spot and session schedule.

How do I contact coaches or get updates?
All communication is done through the 360 Player App — where you can message coaches, check schedules, and receive announcements.
Do you still use WhatsApp groups?
No, all updates and communication are now centralized in the 360 Player App for better organization.
What should players bring to training?
Players should bring:
-Water bottle
-Small towel
-Joflow training uniform
What happens if a session is cancelled?
If weather or venue issues occur, we’ll notify everyone via the 360 App as early as possible before the session.
Are parents allowed to watch?
Yes, parents are welcome to watch. We kindly ask that you let coaches lead the session without sideline coaching.
