How does the credit-based booking system work?
Credit-Based Booking System (How HP Sessions Work)
Joflow High Performance (HP) operates on a credit-based booking system through TeamBuildr OS, giving athletes flexibility while ensuring structured training access.
Each membership tier provides a set number of credits per week, which can be used to book High Performance Skills Training and Basketball-Specific Strength & Conditioning sessions.
Weekly Credit Allocation
- Bronze Membership – 1 credit per week
- Silver Membership – 2 credits per week
- Gold Membership – 4 credits per week
- Platinum Membership – 14 credits per week
How Credits Are Used
- 1 credit = 1 training session
- Credits reset weekly based on your membership level
- Sessions must be booked in advance through TeamBuildr OS
- Athletes may choose how to use their credits between skills training and strength & conditioning sessions
Important Notes About Credits
- Unused credits have an expiry date
- Credits cannot be transferred to another athlete

This system allows families to select a membership that best matches their availability, goals, and level of commitment to development.
