What is Joflow Player Development?

The Joflow Player Development  is available to all Joflow players and is designed to support continued development both on and off the court. Through structured weekly training, players develop fundamental and advanced basketball skills, improve their game knowledge, build confidence, and continue progressing through the Joflow player pathway.


Training is delivered in age and skill-appropriate groups, providing a positive and challenging environment where every athlete can continue to grow.


What Does the Player Development Program Include?


1. Structured Skills Training

Coach-led sessions focused on developing fundamental basketball skills, game knowledge, decision-making, and confidence.


2. Age & Skill-Based Groups

ensuring a structured and progressive learning environment.


3. Flexible Training Options

Choose from one, two, or three training sessions per week to suit your development goals and schedule.

Age & Skill-Based Groups
The Player Development Program offers for training groups:

  • Beginner (7–14 years)
  • Intermediate (9–13 years)
  • Intermediate/Advanced (14+ years, adults welcome)


Registration – How to Join (TeamBuildr OS)


Step 1: Open the Joflow Player Development registration page (360Player link provided above).


Step 2: Create a 360player account.


Step 3: Fill out the registration form.


Step 4: Attend and train.


All communications for this program will be delivered via 360player.


Attendance will be recorded by the Joflow Admin Team at each training session.


Please attend your selected training day and time. If you need to make any changes to your training schedule, please notify the Joflow Admin Team in advance.

FAQ

  • How do we register?

    Registration is through the 360player app/portal.


    Once registered, athletes can attend chosen scheduled training sessions. 

  • What is the fee structure for Joflow Player Development Program?

    Program Fees


    The Joflow Player Development Program fee structure is aligned with the NSW school terms, with fees charged per SCHOOL TERM.


    Beginner

    • 1 Session per Week: $200
    • 2 Sessions per Week: $400
    • 3 Sessions per Week: $550

    Intermediate/Advanced (Adults Welcome)

    • 1 Session per Week: $350
    • 2 Sessions per Week: $600
    • 3 Sessions per Week: $850

    All Girls (Intermediate/Advanced Only)

    • 1 Session per Week: $250
  • What age groups can join this program?

    The program is open to all ages, divided into:


    Beginner (7–14 years)


    Intermediate (9–13 years)


    Intermediate/Advanced (14+ years, adults welcome)

  • Does Joflow Player Development replace the High Performance Program?

    Beginning Term 3, 2026, the program will transition back to the Joflow Player Development Program. The High Performance name will now be used exclusively for our Strength & Conditioning program.


    Player Development registrations will also return to the 360Player app, replacing the previous direct debit system. Players will now register and pay per NSW school term, with program fees aligned to the school term schedule.

  • What is included in the Joflow Player Development Program?

    Structured weekly training 


    Development of fundamental and advanced basketball skills

  • Can players join mid-term?

    Yes. Athletes may join at any point during the term. Prorata prices will be applied. 

  • Will players still need team training if they play Local Competition?

    Yes.
